I am a PhD student at the Department of Astronomy and Theoretical Physics at Lund University. My supervisors are: Senior Lecturer Thomas Bensby and Professor Sofia Feltzing.

The aim of my research is to understand the structure and formation of the Milky Way using a combination of spectroscopic and kinematic approaches. I am focused on understanding the origin of stellar overdensities in the velocity distributions using different techniques like wavelet transform and chemical abundance and age analysis of stars that are members of kinemtaic structures.
