Research

Dr. Jagdeep Singh is a postdoctoral fellow at the IIIEE. His current research focuses on evaluating the social, economic and environmental impacts of sharing economy or collaborative consumption. His research identifies four main areas of investigation:

  1. Systems analysis of new interactions and causal mechanisms within the sharing economy and their social, economic and environmental implications
  2. Consumption dynamics within the sharing economy under diverse cultural, demographic and other settings
  3. Impact evaluation of new consumption patterns within the sharing economy
  4. Framework to evaluate the sustainability impacts of the sharing economy
