My expertise includes health promotion, excercise physiology, strength and conditioning programs aswell as tecnological aids for training and everyday life.

The purpose of my research project is to develop new knowledge about attitudes to different types of technology and development. The research will address aging and technology from a generational perspective, in relation to health. The goal is to Increase knowledge of the aging population's attitudes and experiences, needs and desires in order to be able to encourage older people to use technology in their everyday lives and strengthen their participation in society
