Research

Currently, I am involved in the following types of research: (1) bodily mimesis and mimetic schemas as bases for language evolution and development: developmental and cross-species studies; (2) phenomenology and linguistic typology of space and motion; (3) methods and concepts of cognitive semiotics: a new transdisciplinary field for the study of meaning and mind.
