Klara Sjölin graduated with a M.Sc. in Biotechnology, with a Food Engineering as specialization from Lund University, Sweden in 2014. During her master thesis, Klara studied freezing of green peas and the reasons for block formation of the peas to occur during freezing. Later in 2014 Klara started her PhD at the department of Feed Engineering, Technology and Nutrition at Lund University with the title "Potatoes served at Swedish school cantines - quality throughout the entire chain".
