In particular, judicial decisions on point of international criminal law are considered, thus enquiring citation practices exhibited not only by international criminal jurisdictions but also by domestic ones. This research seeks to advance the understanding of formative processes of international law (law-making) combinig legal theory and empirical analysis.
The working title of my thesis is "The Dynamics of Judicial Citation Practices: New Perspectives in International Law-Making".
