I have an intererst in food, health and prevention. Currently I am director of the Antidiabetic Food Centre, which is a VINN Excellence Centre in research and innovation. I have worked with coordination of cross-faculty research activites and in collaborative projects at Lund University since 2001. I have a PhD in Food Chemistry (1995) and I have five years of experience from managing of R&D projects in the food industry.
