Evidenced based psychotherapy

Martin Svensson is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently doctoral student at the Department of Psychology. His main research interests include evidenced based psychotherapy and the question of to what extent psychotherapy effects arise from specific psychotherapeutic methods or so-called "common factors". But also how the effect of treatment is influenced by interactions between patient factors and treatment factors, and ultimately how the effects of psychotherapy can be enhanced by using these interactions in the planning and implementation of treatments.

Martin Svensson is one of the initiators of the project POSE, Psychotherapy Outcome and Self-selection Effects for panic disorder.
