Research

My research mainly concerns company law, contract law and the law of obligations; especially corporate law, general contract law and construction law. My doctoral thesis focuses on shareholders´ agreements and their legal consequences within private law. At present I´m writing a book on consumer law regarding construction works together with Per Samuelsson and, together with Johan Adestam, an analytically orienterad commentary on the Instruments of Debt Act.

I am continueusly developing all courses I teach in, including inter alia constructing new lectures, seminars and study groups. I have also studied the course “Att leda utbildningsutveckling 2017-2018” (AHU) ending in December.

In my capacity as Director of Studies of the Department of Business Law I am at present involved in a project aiming at producing and implementing a mission statement of the goals of the department, comprising both research and education activities performed at the department.

I more or less daily use Live@Lund in order inter alia to support my teaching activities and communicating with the students.
