4. Briefly describe development work in education – renewal of curriculum and/or pedagogical development:

BUSN13: The course has undergone a complete revision during 2018 in terms of pedagogical idea and structure. When the course was given the first time in 2016 it was based on student-driven interactive learning och peer-grading. This was not appreciated by the students who felt that too much responsibility was placed on them. Given this feedback the course in 2018 was reoriented towards a more traditional pedagogical style with focus on lectures, guest-lectures, teacher lead case-studies and individual work on papers. Students seem to appreciate this more conventional approach.

FEKH10: The structure and main content of the course remained the same in 2018. The development of the course during this year mainly focused on adding/replacing articles, developing and refining lectures, and selecting new and updated teaching cases.

FEKH19: The structure and main content of the course remained the same in 2018. The development of the course focused on refining and developing the course instructions in order to better prepare the students for writing a bachelor thesis.
