Research

My main research area is Social Media in Business Processes (Web 2.0 technologies, Enterprise 2.0). I am interested in the use of social media inside the corporate environment, as a method to stimulate collaboration, to rapidly communicate developments and efficiently manage the generated knowledge. I am also interested in e-Government and e-Participation issues since the time I did my Master studies. Additionally, my interest in e-Commerce (especially in e-Invoicing) derives from my professional background as a support assistant to begin with, and later as an assistant project manager at Information Systems Impact SA, the leading Greek company in e-Invoicing.
