4. Briefly describe development work in education – renewal of curriculum and/or pedagogical development:

My main development work in education is as case coordinator for LUSEM. Together with two colleagues (Ola Mattisson and Mats Urde), I work to develop and coordinate LUSEMs case activities towards faculty, students and society.

In March 2013 we established Lund Case Faculty, the engine for the LUSEMs case activities https://www.lusem.lu.se/business/case

In the spring of 2018, a yearly case seminar (6th) was conducted in collaboration with LundaEkonomerna (LUSEMs Student Union); Case learning and solving - A three-step seminar on case uses and approaches from a student perspective.

We organized LU Case Day for the sixth year together with the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Medicine, 19-20 April. Invited guests from Canada, England (Harvard Business Publishing) and from Lund university presented different perspectives on the case methodology (Day 1). Teachers at Lund University presented different case development projects day 2.

Supported by a grant from the Educational board of Lund University we arranged seminars for LU teachers on case writing (in May) and on case and employability (in December).

The five years of "free" use of Harvard case simulations have been a success and the licensing agreement with Harvard was renewed for one year until 2019.

The autumn's educational work on developing LUSEM's case activities has been intensive. This intensity is captured in the following summary:

• August-September, case selection for the national KPMG case competition

• September 22, Case speed dating, 16-18 (45 students) with Mats Urde and Ola Mattisson

• 23, 24 October and 8 November, 16-22, Tegstamsalen, LUSEM Case Academy; Case training sessions (3-4 hours / time, 8-25 students)

• During November, acting as judge, Local Selection and National Final, KPMG Case competition.
