Regular breakfast habits are assumed to be important to reduce overweight and obesity. Meanwhile, breakfast is the socio-economically most diverged meal. Eating a hearty breakfast is even described as typically Swedish. What cultural notions of class and ethnicity are apparent as breakfast at the school is made into a health promotion activity?
