St. Birgitta is Sweden's first great author. Her c. 700 revelations have been printed many times through the centuries, both in the original language Latin and in various translations. But so far there has been no complete English translation in print. This project will produce such a translation, with notes and comments. It is being published in four volumes by Oxford University Press, New York.
