Felix Saul (1883-1942) is one of Sweden's musical figures in the beginning of the 20th century who were fighting for a reception and transfer of continental musical ideas and for a development of the Swedish musical and choral life along with new trends from the South. He was Jewish cantor, initiated Sweden's Society for Music Education in 1925, and founded Stockholm's people's choir in 1932.
