Health Law Research Centre is a research environment that aims to promote innovative and high-quality interdisciplinary legal research – i.e. between different legal areas as well as between law and other disciplines – and to address both theoretical and empirical issues concerning the role of law in the field of healthcare in a broad sense, including medical health, global health, eldercare, medical ethics, institutional care, the right to health and e-health. The centre is funded by the Crafoord Foundation, the Kamprad Foundation and Lund University Faculty of law.
