With a view to creating new solutions to achieving Agenda 2030’s overarching aims, this study will provide a novel perspective on pastoralist perceptions of the environment that will drive current and future development initiatives in the Pasture Development industry in East Africa. It will use this knowledge to assess the effectiveness of current initiatives and propose improvements towards a more sustainable model.
