Queen Victoria of Sweden - from her inner life. An existential biography
Queen Victoria of Sweden (1862-1930), nee Princess of Baden, was influenced by Lutheran religious principles, the romanticism of Wagner's operas, and her own fainting health. She was a child of 1871, identified herself sith a religiously motivated monarchical principle, and found strength in Charles Kingsley's religious writings. Her estetic spirituality was expressed also in photos and painting.
