Layman's description
R&D project of digital educational games in mathematics for 3-5 year olds. In collaboration with D. Schwartz and K. Pilner Blair, Stanford University. The project addresses questions on learning that seems crucial in order to prepare a child so that s/he is receptive to mathematics in (pre)school. Research instruments developed: Critter Corrall and the Magical Garden.
Among other things, studies of relations between childrens' gaze behaviour, executive functions and mentalizing abilities and their ability to understand what happens in the narratives of the educational games and their learning.
