Abstract

This article seeks to elucidate that influence by examining the Malazim [Lectures] of Hussein al-Houthi, the founder of the Houthi movement in Yemen, and comparing them to the ideas and visions of Hassan al-Banna, the founder and theoretician of the Muslim Brotherhood group, as was evident in the book called: Rasa'il Hassan al-Banna, [Messages of Hassan al-Banna] and it will work to clarify the essential role of these ideas through a methodological approach that frames the process of analyzing and discussing the results, then entering the analysis and comparison of the texts and extrapolating the intellectual structure of the discourse and the extent of difference or congruence, in order to reach a conclusion that determines the nature and extent of this influence
