Forskning

I am group leader of Biomedical Nutrition, a research group at the division of Pure and Applied Biochemistry. My research mainly focuses on weight management and the prevention of metabolic diseases using Nordic foods and functional foods. I am an expert in the design and management of clinical studies. I have been participating in several European research project e.g. SYSDIET, EURO-DISH, NordFOOD and COST-POSITIVe. Currently, I am one out of five work package leaders in Scanoats, an industrial research centre with focus on oat.
