Modeling errors anddisturbances are examples of issues that can be dealtwith by using controllers with integral action. This paper exploresthe use of disturbance observers to introduce integral action intoan output feedback controller. In particular, theproposed solution is generalized to include the case of plants wherethe number of outputs exceeds the number of inputs.
