As one of three invited international speaker, Stefan Larsson presented the main results from a study on uses of AI and Automated Decision-making in recruitment. The study was done in collaboration with the Swedish Equality Ombudsman. The presentation included aspects of platformisations -- the dependence on and role of large technical platforms -- as well as aspects of risks for discrimination and problems with unfair biases in AI-models.| Period | 2024 juni 13 |
