As individuals, we are increasingly the data sources of entire markets, commodifying all things logged and trading with our information. This presentation focuses normative challenges in this datafication with regards to (lack of) transparency, privacy and human awareness, and discusses how it could be framed and conceptualised for regulatory approaches to come.
