Beskrivning

The overall goal of the thesis work is to use ordered Nano Porous Anodized Aluminium Oxides (NP-AAO) as templates for III-V nanowire growth. To achieve this, a combination of electrochemical, aerosol and Metal-Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition (MOCVD) techniques must be used. In addition, a number of characterization techniques such as XRD, SAXS, FIB-SEM, EDX, AFM are needed.
