Welcome to a seminar arranged by the Pufendorf IAS Theme Designing Sustainable Digital Work about digital work environments with presentations, discussions, and a group exercise!​

Digital tools and systems play an important role in shaping digital work environments. The design of IT systems and other digital tools influence how we work and affect the health and productivity of those performing the work. The Pufendorf Theme "Designing Sustainable Digital Work" have explored the topic from the perspective of the individual's interaction with technology and have designed a set of conversation cards that can be used to trigger group discussions and reflections about the digital work environment. ​

The goal of the seminar is to bring together researchers and practitioners with an interest in digital work environments, e.g. union representatives, employers, health and safety representatives, occupational health care etc., to share, discuss, and jointly identify topics for further research. ​
