With the development of new dialogic tools, it is possible to diagnose, monitor and treat patients via cloud-based e-health systems. These modern technologies also allow to collect an enormous amount of patient information. However, the advances in modern medicine require specialised training that applies to everybody involved, including patients, nursing staff, physicians, device- and software-developers, as well as dependents.

Although these developments sound like distant future, many eHealth systems, services, and applications are already being introduced into clinical practice.
