CTG forms together with CMD (Center for Molecular Diagnostics) Clinical Genomics Lund facility, one one of four facilities in the Diagnostic Develpment platform whithin the infrastructure of Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab).

Research infrastructure and technical platform for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and other genomics technologies. Our mission is to strengthen translational projects and to facilitate the implementation of new diagnostic assays in healthcare by offering expertise and service in NGS-based technologies.

Illumina Next Seq 500. CTG has access to equipment and instruments at Center for Molecular Diagnostics Division of Oncology and Pathology, and the Division of Clinical Genetics.
