Forskning

My project is part of Sentio, a cutting-edge Vinnova Competence Centre that brings together Lund University, research institutes, and industry to optimize manufacturing processes in Swedish industry. Our goal is to reduce energy and material consumption by enabling real-time process optimization.

A game-changing aspect of this effort is the development of nano- and micro-sensors that can survive extreme conditions including scorching temperatures above 1000 °C. These sensors will play a crucial role in making industrial processes more efficient and sustainable.

At the heart of my research is lithography, a key technique in nano- and microfabrication. Traditionally, lithography is performed in cleanrooms on flawless, flat surfaces. However, I’m pushing the boundaries by exploring how to adapt lithographic techniques for rough, non-flat surfaces, a challenge that demands innovation.

My project also involves:
- Identifying the best materials for sensor fabrication
- Developing rigorous testing methods
- Creating protective coatings to ensure durability in extreme environments

By tackling these challenges, I aim to pave the way for smarter, greener manufacturing.
