Forskning
Our interests include basic and translational research in MASLD-related liver cancer, employing state-of-the-art molecular approaches such as (epi)genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, and single-cell analysis to interrogate mechanisms of the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. To translate molecular insights into clinical impact and elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying hepatocellular carcinoma, we aim to identify biologically informed strategies for improved precision oncology and to integrate multi-omic datasets with functional validation using in vivo pre-clinical models.
