The project I am working on is focused on the study of nanostructures dynamics within ultrashort time scales. The research covers cleanroom fabrication with a focus on 0D, 1D and 2D metal-semiconductor hybrid systems. Further, devices are studied using high-resolution electron imaging/spectroscopy combined with specialized powerful laser sources. It allows studies of femtosecond phenomena on the atomic level with potential applications in renewable energy and computation.
