I am a doctoral student at Lund University, Faculty of Law, where I conduct my research within the interdisciplinary project 'Refugee Finance: Histories, Frameworks and Practices (REF-FIN)' led by Dr Daria Davitti and funded by the European Research Council (ERC). My research focuses on refugee and migration finance mechanisms, and the impact on the mandate of  international protection of humanitarian organisations in the context of the shift from funding to financing. 

I hold a Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin, funded by the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) scolarship, and with a thesis entitled 'The EU's good governance discourse in the southern neighbourhood: the case of Lebanon and Morocco' that received a the Sergio López Perona memorial prize on EU-Middle East relations. I also hold a Double Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

I am a Research Affiliate of the Refugee Law Initiative of the University of London and a member of its Working Group on Externalisation. I am participating in the Mediterranean Youth in Action - Voicing Youth Knowledge Programme of the Anna Lindh Foundation and I have been a participant in the Euromed Young Researchers Lab of the European Institute for the Mediterranean.

Outside my academic career, I am co-president of the Mediterranean Youth Council. Beforehand, I have worked as Academic Assistant in the College of Europe in Natolin, and as an intern in Public Affairs in Atrevia, and in the Chair of Good Governance and Transparency of the Universidad de Murcia.
