Beskrivning
The key objective within this project is to analyse how national AI strategies are influenced by the EU Commission’s approach on “trustworthy AI”, clearly expressed in
1. the Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI, published by the High-Level Expert Group on AI (AI HLEG) in April 2019, and
2. the 33 proposed Policy and Investment Recommendations for Trustworthy AI, addressed to EU institutions and Member States, published in June 2019, as well as
3. in the emphasis on building an “ecosystem of trust” in the Commission’s White Paper on Artificial Intelligence published in February 2020.
The 9 states that are analysed are: Italy, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Norway and the other Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Denmark).
