Business Model Innovation and Transformative Innovation within interactive learning spaces for inclusive and sustainable development in Bolivia

The purpose of this research is to examine successful experiences of Business Models (BM) and Business Model Innovation (BMI) in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) within the context of cluster initiatives developed by a public university in Bolivia. To address this objective, the Participatory Action Research method and mixed methodological approaches will be employed to examine the development of enterprises participating in the Cluster Initiatives.
As a result, a theoretical framework suitable for studying Business Model Innovation in SMEs within the Bolivian context, and the identification of key factors in successful entrepreneurial experiences, offer insights to enhance Business Model Innovation among SMEs in the context of the Food Cluster Cochabamba and Green Technology Cluster of Universidad Mayor de San Simón.
