Beskrivning
We work with a way to make a broad evaluation of the situation of a person with diabetes, taking diabetes complication risk factors as well as patient-reported outcomes on health, wellbeing, and preferences into account. Ideally, this means to identify aspects important to the person, and to develop diabetes care and support accordingly, by guiding interventions and healthcare resource allocation.
