Disentangling taphonomic histories at Old Uppsala: a Late Iron Age central place in Sweden

In this project we apply Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA) on animal bones from the pit houses at the Late Iron Age site of Old Uppsala, Sweden. We aim to investigate waste management and other cultural practices at the site and evaluate the inferential value of MCA, as indicated by earlier research.
