Projektinformation

Beskrivning

This project supports Swedish participation in IEA SHC Task 61 called “Integrated solutions for daylight and electric lighting”. The project is carried out about 30+ international lighting experts from Industry and Academia.
The Swedish participation is concentrated in Subtask A ‘User perspective and requirements’, Subtask C ‘Design support for practitioners’, and leadership of Subtask D ‘Lab- and field studies’.
The project goal is to identify, promote, and implement strategies combining very high efficient-lighting schemes, which offers the best lighting conditions for human being. The project aims to strength the role of Swedish businesses in the field of integrated lighting solutions. In Sweden, combining exiting technology with a deep study of the user role in the lighting system, it is possible to reduce by 2.8-4.3 TWh/year the lighting use in the non-residential sector, which corresponds to more than 60% energy saving.
