Phylogenetic analysis of pediatric tumors

Developing bioinformathical tools for analyzing the genetic relationship between cancer cell populations in pediatric cancers neuroblastoma, Wilms tumor and rhabdomyosarcoma. Furthermore applying these methods in order to get insight into the development of local relapse, metastasis and treatment resistance in these children.
