What kind of knowledge do we have of our own actions? This question is certainly not a new one, but it has shown notoriously difficult to answer. It is hotly debated in contemporary philosophy of action, dividing the field, roughly, into those who support non-observational accounts, and those who support observational alternatives. I aim to formulate and defend a non-observational account.
