Beskrivning

This thesis investigates migrants’ and refugees’ right to access housing without discrimination in international law beyond a minimalistic social rights paradigm. It does so by contemplating the meaning of access to housing as a social right at the intersection of migration and asylum, the housing market, and human rights, and discerns the inclusive and exclusive effects of this right on migrants and refugees within the architecture of international law.
