Epione projektet

Building on previous research Dr. Schad, the overall purpose of the Epicene study is to understand the development of compassion fatigue among junior health care practitioners. In this longitudinal study we will, over the course of four years, follow a group of newly graduated healthcare professionals assessing their self-reported degree of self-care, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and job satisfaction.
