The project seeks to analyze the distributive effects of the sharing mechanisms within the Common European Asylum System (reception, Dublin returns, resettlement, financial contributions, harmonization of asylum legislation) adopted to give effect to the principle of solidarity as enshrined in Art. 80 TFEU.

Populärvetenskaplig beskrivning

The project discusses how responsibilities for the reception and protection of refugees are shared among EU states and how sharing practices trigger questions of solidarity in the EU asylum context.
