Beskrivning
The aim of this thesis work is to investigate the delivery efficiency of RNA-based therapeutics to tumor cells. The main focus will be on characterizing how efficient the delivery from endosomes into the cell cytosol is and identifying key proteins involved in this process. Furthermore, a special focus will be on studying the subcellular distribution of therapeutic RNA to determine how effectively the RNA molecules reach their cytosolic targets.
