Use of noninvasive biomarkers in predicting outcomes in tetralogy of Fallot

Most patients with tetralogy Fallot have residual disease in terms of pulmonary insufficiency, which over time will require at least one reintervention, often multiple. Timing of reintervention is critical in preserving cardiac function. We seek to study whether noninvasive biomarkers can help in identifying at risk patients with tetralogy of Fallot.
